Prior to Validately, Steven started and sold two companies. He also was an executive at Quantcast and DoubleClick. He graduated from Harvard Business School and George Washington University. He coaches the little league teams of his two very high energy sons. His extremely supportive wife has enabled his crazy entrepreneurial ambitions.

With over a decade of comprehensive UX experience, Ada Yuen has deep experience leading and/or collaborating on strategy, design, and execution to drive conversions and ROI for web-based and app experiences. Through partnership with stakeholders at every phase of the UX lifecycle, Ada adds value to conceptual, high-level, and interaction design.

Following education in the US and Hong Kong, where she earned an MPhil and BS In Computer Science, Ada enjoyed early success in a development role for multinational clients. Her career trajectory spans established and start-up UX firms, work on a larger user-research team, and founding of a successful usability consultancy.
